Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare — one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

Tia is on a mission to transform healthcare for women by increasing access, improving outcomes, and delivering a better care experience. Our “Whole Woman, Whole Life” model integrates primary care, gynecology, mental health, dermatology, and wellness across in-person care and a national virtual platform.

We are a Series D, venture-backed company trusted by more than 120,000 women across four markets. Through our technology-enabled care model and partnerships with leading health systems, Tia is building one of the most comprehensive preventive care models for women.

About the Role

~1 min read

We are building a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team focused on delivering integrated, whole-person mental health and psychiatric care across Tia’s modern women’s healthcare model.

You will partner closely with therapists, MDs, NPs, PAs, acupuncturists, and clinical leaders to provide responsible, compassionate psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, consultation, and referral support.

You will also help bring the mental health perspective into Tia’s broader care model by supporting clinical education, case consultation, quality improvement, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
