We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day supply chain operations across the European region. Working closely with the Logistics Manager and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate logistics activities, support purchasing and supplier follow-up, and help keep inventory and order flows accurate, compliant and cost-efficient.

This is a hands-on, operational role that serves as a key link between internal departments, suppliers, logistics service providers (3PL/4PL), customs brokers and regional partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and enjoys solving practical problems and improving processes in a fast-paced international environment.

  • Coordinate end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, transport arrangements, and duties & taxes administration.

  • Coordinate daily operations with third-party (3PL/4PL) warehouses, freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers and transport providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, including B2C shipments.

  • Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions.

  • Support purchasing and procurement activities: prepare and process purchase orders, request and compare quotations, and support supplier selection.

  • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, production readiness, delivery dates and documentation, escalating potential risks early.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment, stock transfers and inbound/outbound flows to support inventory accuracy across warehouses.

  • Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Customer Service and warehouses to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

  • Support inventory counts, stock reconciliations and the resolution of discrepancies.

  • Monitor logistics and purchasing costs (freight charges, customs duties, taxes, returns and related expenses) and prepare regular reports and KPI analyses.

  • Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives, including warehouse, system and new-solution implementation projects.

  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and regional teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate supply chain and logistics records to ensure audit readiness.
