• →Relieve Process Controllers/Operators during breaks, leave, absenteeism, and shift changes.
• →Operate and monitor processing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• →Ensure products meet quality and food safety specifications.
• →Conduct routine process checks and record production data accurately.
• →Report equipment faults, process deviations, and quality issues to supervisors.
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
• →Follow all health, safety, environmental, and company policies.
• →Assist with start-ups, shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers of production lines.
• →Support continuous production flow to meet daily production targets.
• →Work effectively with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
