Time Doctor is a workforce analytics platform that gives leaders AI-powered, actionable insights into how work actually happens. By turning activity and productivity data into practical intelligence, Time Doctor helps organizations make smarter decisions, support employee well-being, and lead with trust, not control, across remote, hybrid, and in-office teams.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Time Doctor’s workforce analytics platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, translating product capabilities into clear market positioning and ensuring new features are successfully launched, adopted, and understood by our target buyers.

You’ll own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and launches while enabling internal teams to communicate Time Doctor’s value clearly and effectively. You’ll also help shape how the workforce analytics category is understood, with a direct line of sight to revenue impact through the enablement and adoption work you drive.

For this role, you must be both a creative and analytical thinker who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams. You should have strong product marketing fundamentals and a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment.

❌ PMMs who only write messaging docs and hand them off — you need to care whether the message actually lands

❌ People who wait to be briefed by Product — you proactively dig in, ask questions, and shape the narrative early

❌ Generalists who have never owned a full GTM motion end-to-end

✅ A commercially minded PMM who connects positioning and launches to real pipeline impact

✅ Someone who has owned and executed GTM launches in a B2B SaaS environment — not just contributed to them

✅ A strong writer who can turn complex product capabilities into crisp, compelling narratives that sales teams actually use

✅ Someone curious about AI and already using it to work smarter

  • Lead cross-functional GTM planning for new features and major releases, ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success are aligned and equipped from day one.

  • Define launch messaging, enablement materials, and campaign inputs while building GTM strategies that support both sales-led and product-led growth motions.

  • Own Time Doctor’s product positioning and messaging framework, ensuring it remains clear, differentiated, and grounded in real buyer needs.

  • Translate product capabilities into outcome-focused narratives tailored to different personas, industries, and buying stages.

  • Ensure messaging is consistent across launches, campaigns, sales materials, and product pages on the website in partnership with content, digital, and product teams.

  • Contribute to pricing and packaging conversations alongside Revenue leadership, Product and Finance.

  • Equip Sales with the tools they need to win, including battlecards, competitive objection guides, and product narratives.

  • Use real sales conversations and call data to continuously refine messaging and positioning.

  • Support competitive deal cycles with timely intelligence and insights that help the sales team win.

  • Strengthen how Time Doctor’s value is communicated in the sales process to support pipeline growth.

  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure new features are clearly positioned for customer adoption and expansion opportunities.

  • Develop messaging that helps customers understand the value of new capabilities across onboarding, upgrades, and product-led growth initiatives.

  • Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify adoption patterns and highlight where messaging or enablement needs to improve.

  • Develop deep expertise in our buyers, their purchasing process, and the criteria used to evaluate workforce analytics platforms.

  • Own win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence, turning findings into actionable insights for product, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Monitor trends shaping workforce analytics, productivity insights, and distributed work so Time Doctor’s narrative stays ahead of the market.

  • Synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and sales insights into messaging and GTM opportunities.

  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance product marketing workflows while maintaining an experimentation mindset.
