Despite decades of innovation in money, the most important consumer money domain remains largely untouched: wealth management. Legacy Wall Street institutions still dominate private wealth, gatekeeping their services behind extremely high minimums, janky user experiences, and layers of fees. They are, in our opinion, the "final boss" of consumer fintech.
Our belief: every American deserves an elite wealth team navigating their capital, delivered at the cost and speed only humans working in harmony with AI can unlock.
At heart, we're a small pack of hard-working rebels operating at the intersection of engineering craft and high-stakes financial precision. Every person here is a calibrated bet on what we're building next. Our mission is to rebuild what a wealth management firm means, from the ground up, brick by brick, leveraging technology across the entire stack, so that AI lets one wealth advisor deliver what used to take a team, serving clients a Wall Street team never could have reached.
We're backed by a16z and Sam Altman, and currently power over $1 billion in assets under management.
What We Offer
~1 min readFor the right person, this will be one of the most rewarding roles they ever have.
You will be the only PM at our company - the central node of how we execute cross-functionally. You’ll be the first, or “founding” PM for Titan’s RIA. So it goes without saying that you should have exceptional PM skills that can thrive in a super fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
We’re looking for people who’ve had similar experiences in their past. An ex-founder background is a plus; so is building complex things zero to one from scratch a part of a high performing team. What matters most is that you bring energy, ownership, attention to detail, strong communication, and a high bar to everything you touch.
Responsibilities
~1 min readIn light of the above, this is not a “maintain and optimize” product role; it’s an “all-hands-on-deck,” “zero-to-one” seat. As Titan’s Product Manager, you will:
- →
Live at the center of our execution motion ensuring that all projects & stakeholders are focused, on track, unblocked, and cohesively organized
- →
Partner deeply with all teams (Engineering, Design, Wealth Advisory, Client Experience, Investment Management) teams to turn our roadmap into documentation, prototypes, and products that ship
- →
Ensure we systematically incorporate client feedback & data religiously into our execution motion and product bets
- →
Help launch new products and features that rapidly validate or invalidate hypotheses
- →
Drive a culture where speed, courage, and experimentation are balanced with rigor, empathy, and a commitment to excellence
Requirements
~1 min readFounder-like Operator → Proven ability to take ideas from roadmap to execution in ambiguous environments. Former / Current founders welcome.
Scrappy, Organized → You’re extremely hands-on & resourceful, able to bring order to fast-paced, ambitious start up environments
Data-Driven → You track what matters and use it to make better decisions.
Wartime Experience → You've thrived in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Ideally you've been the first or only PM at a start up high-growth tech company.
User Obsession & Insights-driven Mindset → Deep empathy for clients and passion for translating insights into product decisions.
Fintech Experience / Acumen → Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and user behavior in the space. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
