Responsibilities

→Participate directly in potential M&A, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities
→Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the team’s M&A partnership pipeline platform.
→Collaborate with Engineering, Product Planning, Technology Business Unit, and Business Planning teams.
→You can also work with AI tools regarding identifying recurring Corporate Development workflows that could be improved through enterprise AI tools, such as market scans, meeting preparation, target summaries

Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business (MBA) with an existing Engineering degree.
Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the co-op, with the following term options available: Spring, Spring & Summer, Summer, Summer & Fall, or Fall.

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Comfortable with ambiguity, Critical and Creative thinking, Attention to detail

Where and When You’ll Work:
Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Greene, NY office and work remotely Thursday and Friday.

Wage - $20.00 - $30.00+ per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
