Civil Engineer

Ø To supervise all site civil activities and repair to the structure to ensure that work is carried out as per the required standards mentioned in the civil work scope. Ø Support and execute civil maintenance activities by defining the scope, calculating resources required, establishing standards and protocols, requesting resources, Ø scheduling and coordinating staff and SUBCONTRACTORS, resolving design problems in consultation with COMPANY. Ø Generate all testing protocols, certificates and other documentations that are aligned to the established standards and linked to the respective equipment within the CMMS. Ø Provide construction supervision for earthworks and concrete work and monitor the contractors to ensure that it is being executed in accordance with drawings and specifications. Ø Implement the developed scheduled maintenance on Civil and ensure all work history and data is entered into the CMMS system. Ø Organise the materials and equipment for the WORK. Ø Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder. Ø Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required Requirements More than 5 years’ experience in civil works preferably in the petrochemical/ oil and gas or power generation industry Degree in Civil Engineering Ø English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 4. Ø Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows. Ø Robust knowledge of deep excavations, trenching, and shoring techniques within operating industrial facilities. Ø Robust understanding of soils classifications when determining safe sloping, benching, and shoring requirements. Knowledge of how to use common survey equipment such as total station, levels, etc.in order to verify critical foundations and equipment location
