Dispatcher

• →Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily transportation routes
• →Monitor route activity and respond to operational issues in real time
• →Communicate with drivers regarding schedule changes, delays, and service updates
• →Manage driver callouts and coverage needs
• →Maintain accurate dispatch logs and operational records
• →Assist with route planning and schedule adjustments
• →Work closely with operations leadership to ensure service reliability
• →Provide professional customer service when addressing transportation concerns
• →Support day-to-day transportation operations as needed

Qualifications

• →Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations experience preferred
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• →Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• →Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• →Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• →Proficiency with computers and dispatching systems
• →CDL license is a plus, but not required
• →Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• →Candidates with a reasonable commute are strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• →$30–$32/hour depending on experience
• →Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12am (Saturdays Winter: 6pm-12am & Summer 10pm-1:30am)
