At Topsort, customer relationships don't end after the deal is signed. As we continue to scale, we're looking for someone to own the commercial side of our existing customer relationships—leading renewals, pricing strategy, procurement, and commercial negotiations.
This is not a traditional Customer Success or Account Management role. You'll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure we retain and grow customer revenue while protecting the business. You'll be the person who is comfortable having tough commercial conversations, navigating procurement, and negotiating confidently with enterprise customers.
- Own the commercial renewal strategy across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations with customer stakeholders.
- Navigate procurement processes and partner with Legal and Finance to drive contract execution.
- Identify and execute commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success to balance long-term customer relationships with strong commercial outcomes.
- Forecast renewal risk and commercial opportunities to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Build scalable renewal and pricing frameworks as Topsort continues to grow.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, enterprise software, or a similar commercial environment.
- Experience owning enterprise renewals, commercial negotiations, pricing, procurement, or strategic account growth.
- Proven ability to negotiate confidently with procurement teams and senior customer stakeholders.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, and commercial trade-offs without defaulting to unnecessary discounts.
- Experience working with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance customer relationships with business outcomes.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
- Professional, confident, and approachable—you know how to build trust while holding your ground.
