About the role


As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will join the engineering team and work closely with them using Agile methodology. You will own large, complex projects that span multiple teams, ensuring clarity on requirements, dependencies, and delivery plans.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, is detail-oriented, and excels at problem-solving. You will have a deep understanding of product design and implementation, representing the technical team to senior leadership and customers. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will guide team decisions and drive secure, robust solutions with excellent customer experience.

You will work independently, understand business needs, build scalable solutions, and thrive under pressure.

You will also own or lead multiple related initiatives or large multi-stream projects, ensuring alignment and integration across workstreams and contributing to shared milestones and sequencing decisions.


In this role, you will:


  • Own large, complex projects spanning multiple teams, ensuring clarity on requirements, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
  • Drive impactful delivery on high-stakes projects and initiatives, improving predictability, reducing uncertainty, and shaping the cohesion of related efforts.
  • Operate autonomously, deciding the best structures, cadences, risk controls, and sequencing for projects and programs.
  • Ensure smooth integration across teams and workstreams, aligning definitions of done, testing expectations, and handoffs.
  • Connect project-level execution to program-level commitments, maintaining holistic predictability across related initiatives.
  • Identify risks, including sequencing conflicts and ownership gaps, and drive mitigation before they affect delivery timelines.
  • Design and implements reusable execution frameworks, dashboards, cadence structures, and templates to improve cross-team consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify workflow fragmentation across teams and introduce structural improvements that standardize planning, tracking, and reporting practices across workstreams.
  • Streamline reporting, status updates, and rituals to reduce redundant work while providing leadership-level visibility.
  • Map critical interfaces, clarifies expectations, and reduces friction between teams and workstreams.
  • Identify recurring coordination problems and implement scalable solutions, eliminating root causes and elevating organizational efficiency.
  • Lead efficiency improvements across multiple projects simultaneously, eliminating duplicate work, resolving fragmented workflows, and introducing scalable coordination patterns.
  • Manages complex stakeholder ecosystems across teams, domains, and workstreams, aligning priorities and resolving conflicts constructively.
  • Anticipate potential misalignment early by identifying gaps in expectations and communication patterns across teams and stakeholders.
  • Provides objective, data-informed viewpoints to guide decision-making and align teams around shared plans.
  • Facilitate outcome-oriented discussions, preparing agendas, action logs, and decision summaries to support predictable coordination.
  • Advise teams on business impact, balancing financial, operational, user experience, and engineering considerations.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level TPMs on execution skills, leadership behaviors, and cross-team coordination.
  • Strengthen cross-team collaboration culture by fostering trust, accountability, and consistent execution standards across interconnected teams.
  • Shape program-level execution structures and norms to reinforce scalable collaboration patterns.
  • Use structured dashboards, insights, and KPIs to monitor project and program health, support leadership decisions, and track delivery outcomes.
  • Connect execution to strategic goals, ensuring alignment with OKRs and broader company priorities.
  • Continuously document and share best practices to accelerate future initiatives and improve organizational execution.
  • Mentor and support other engineers to raise overall team capability and engineering excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted reference for complex cross-team initiatives, providing guidance on execution strategy and coordination challenges.


Key Qualifications


  • At least 5 years of project management in software development. Mobile app development is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Jira or any other Task Management tool
  • Experience successfully completing/delivering projects using an Agile methodology
  • Ability to grasp issues quickly while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information.
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and also have sharp troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lead, take action and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity
  • You are comfortable speaking to groups and can clearly and effectively present one-pagers, POCs, and architectural overviews
  • Metrics driven: Experience determining effective program KPIs and using them to measure program success and issues
  • You are comfortable expressing a point of view and inspiring change across projects, programs and processes
  • Highly accountable and responsible
  • Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient

  • Comfortable with rapid development cycles and tight schedules
