Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization that works to mobilize conservatives in the election or defeat of a candidate. Turning Point Action registers voters and engages the conservative base at a grassroots level to recruit Precinct Committeemen, and fight for election integrity and conservative values.
Turning Point Action is looking for a Strategic Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to our headquarters and field teams. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, supporting events, managing administrative processes, and ensuring Specialists have the resources needed to succeed. This is an entry-level position that would be the liaison between field staff and HQ.

- →Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience supporting events, travel logistics, or remote staff.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Airtable, project management software, or similar organizational tools.
- Experience working with nonprofit, civic engagement, or community-focused organizations.
