Responsibilities

  • →Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished wire harness assemblies
  • →Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product conformity
  • →Maintain and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions
  • →Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
  • →Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  • →Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment
  • →Manage and track limited shelf-life materials to ensure proper usage and compliance
  • →Ensure adherence to customer and industry standards, with knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards required
  • Familiarity with J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards a plus
  • IPC certification is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Fluent in English (read, speak, and write)
