Pennsylvania CDL-A Dedicated Driver Make Up to $1,

Here's a position for drivers who want good money without giving up weekly home time — but there is one thing to know upfront: this is hard-working, hands-on freight.

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Pennsylvania retail account. The average driver is looking at $1,600–$1,900 gross per week, with additional pay built into every unload and stop.

The pay package includes:

  • $1.10/mile
  • $270 for every unload
  • $17 per stop
  • Around 1,000 miles per week
  • $1,600–$1,900 average weekly gross
  • Roughly $83,200–$98,800 annualized

You'll be home every week for a guaranteed 34-hour reset.

Both day and night schedules are available, although you should expect a good amount of night driving depending on your assignment. Technical backing is also part of the job.

Weekend runs are required. The good news? No deliveries on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.

This is 100% manual unload freight.

Some loads can have 5,000+ pieces, so this isn't the account for someone looking for easy no-touch miles. You'll need to be comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs and staying physically active while unloading.

If you're okay putting in the work, the pay package is designed to make it worthwhile.

You need:

  • A valid Class A CDL
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • At least 21 years old
  • 0 months experience is okay for qualified new CDL holders
  • Experienced drivers can qualify with 6+ months tractor-trailer experience in the past 12 months or 12 months in the past 5 years
  • Local experience counts
  • Ability to handle 50–75 lb lifting and large manual unloads
  • No more than 4 carrier jobs during the last 12 months
  • Clean 5-year MVR without severe preventable collisions
  • Successful DOT hair and urine testing

Benefits become active after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a company 401(k) match.

You'll also have 24/7 dispatch support and access to structured safety incentives.

If you're an experienced driver — or a new CDL-A holder who's ready to work — and you want weekly home time with a $1,600–$1,900 earning range, this one is worth a conversation.
