We are hiring full-time semi-local CDL-A drivers for an anonymous dedicated account running out of Stockton and Tracy, CA, delivering to locations across California and Nevada.

Weekly Earnings: Drivers average approximately $1,650 per week.
Annual Earnings: Drivers on this account average $85,440 per year.
Sign-On Bonus: Grab a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time.
Pay Breakdown: Paid hourly ($18/hour) plus an activity-based bonus structure that guarantees you get paid for what you do.
Activity & Extra Pay Components:
- Cents Per Mile (CPM): Ranges from $0.79 to $0.86 (with yearly 0.01 CPM increases until maxing out).
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop (averaging 5 stops per load).
- Layover Pay: $200 flat rate (includes hotel/motel accommodation during winter/alternate route disruptions).
- Holiday Pay: $200 per day (6 paid holidays).
- Optional 6th Day: Work an extra day for additional money if desired.

Work Week: Tuesday through Saturday.
Shift Times: Night starts between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM (averaging 10–12 hour days).
Operating Area: Primarily California and Nevada (with 98% of deliveries going to Sparks, Reno, and Carson City via Donner Pass).
Freight Type: Combination of drop-and-hook and live unloads (majority drop-and-hook, zero touch freight) using automatic daycabs (International/Freightliner with slip seating required).
Winter Layovers: During winter months (Nov–Feb), expect an average of 3 layovers per week if alternate routes are required due to mountain weather. Regional shift coverages may also happen 1–2 times per month (averaging 2 layovers).
