• The Rates: CPM ranges from $0.59 to $0.63 with yearly 0.01 CPM step-ups. Plus, get paid for layovers ($200 flat), standby ($100–$150/day), detention ($15/hr), and holidays ($200/day).
• The Schedule: Monday through Friday shift, starting between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM (averaging 13-hour days with 2–3 layovers per week).
• The Route: Run an average of 2,873 miles per week, making 2 round trips between Gilroy, CA and Ridgefield, WA. You'll pull reefer trailers (mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads, 100% no-touch freight) in an assigned automatic sleeper truck. Must be willing to chain when winter weather hits.
