• THE EARNINGS: Annual average of $91,400 to $97,000 (averaging $1,757 to $1,865 weekly), plus a $10,000 limited-time bonus.
• PAY STRUCTURE: Earn $0.54–$0.64 CPM plus robust accessorials including $70 per live stop and $42 per drop/hook.
• THE ROUTE: Local intermodal driving within a 250-mile radius of Chambersburg, PA featuring majority no-touch freight.
• THE SCHEDULE: 100% home daily. Non-smoker schedule: Thursday–Monday, 1400–1900 start window (10–11 hour days; exact start time finalized with your RM).
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 3 months of verifiable, similar tractor-trailer experience in the past 6 months (all with 1 carrier). Ability to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days.
• SCREENING & COMPLIANCE: Mandatory pre-employment DOT drug screening is strictly enforced.
