Financial Structure:
- Weekly Average: $1,419 gross ($73,788 annualized).
- Peak Potential: Up to $1,681 weekly ($87,412 annualized).
- Compensation Details: Hourly pay structure bolstered by safety bonus incentives. Note: CR England will cover the cost of acquiring your hazmat endorsement.
Logistics & Equipment Operations:
- Route Scope: Runs hauling freight from Wilsonville, OR to Bellevue, WA and back.
- Cargo Type: No-touch freight, typically drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload tasks.
- Fleet Assets: Company-provided automatic transmission trucks. Equipment must be parked at the facility; drivers require reliable daily transport to commute.
Shift Cadence & Schedule:
- Work Rhythm: Monday through Friday schedule with 10 to 12 hours per shift. Start times vary, requiring scheduling flexibility. Seasonal volume (summer and holidays) may require occasional Saturday work.
