We're looking for an organized and detail oriented Itinerary Management Specialist to coordinate travel plans, manage reservation details, and ensure every client's itinerary is accurate, organized, and ready for departure. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, customer service, and keeping multiple moving parts organized while creating seamless travel experiences.

In this role, you'll use established systems, digital tools, and comprehensive training to organize travel itineraries, coordinate reservations, monitor booking progress, and communicate with clients throughout the planning process. You'll work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Create and manage customized travel itineraries for vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and group travel

Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and travel experiences

Review booking confirmations and travel documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and provide itinerary updates

Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs

Monitor reservation changes, travel schedules, and outstanding booking items

Maintain organized digital records and client documentation

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote work environment

Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, administrative, or travel experience is preferred but not required

Comfortable learning new technology and online booking platforms

Detail oriented, dependable, and proactive

Passion for creating exceptional travel experiences

Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within LATAM

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Fully remote work from home
