We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Logistics Specialist to help coordinate travel arrangements and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll assist clients with travel planning by coordinating reservations, organizing itineraries, and ensuring every detail is handled accurately from start to finish. You'll receive comprehensive training and work with established systems while managing your schedule in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and ground transportation.
  • Organize travel itineraries, confirmations, and booking details.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Monitor reservations and communicate updates or schedule changes when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.
  • Review travel plans to ensure all details are complete before departure.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support throughout the planning process.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, administrative, logistics, or travel planning experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and online booking platforms.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within Latin America.
