Scheduling and Reservations Coordinator

We're looking for an organized and detail-driven Scheduling & Reservations Coordinator to support daily operations by managing booking requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all reservation details are accurate and up to date. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and keeping details organized from start to finish.

In this role, you'll use company-provided systems and training to coordinate reservations, track scheduling details, communicate updates, and maintain accurate records across all ongoing requests.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate reservations, scheduling updates, and booking confirmations
Review and verify details for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients and team members regarding updates or changes
Track booking progress and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Support day-to-day workflow and reservation coordination

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
Customer service, coordination, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
