Employment Term
- Start Date: October 7
- End Date: November 30, or when harvest is completed
- Seasonal position requiring availability throughout the harvest period
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (including breaks)
- Overtime may be available during peak harvest periods
What You'll Be Doing
As a member of the Harvest Team, you will:
- Set up and operate conveyors
- Move plants into harvest areas
- Remove leaf debris from crops before harvest
- Cut back crops according to growing protocols
- Pull, bundle, and wrap crops for shipment
- Assemble boxes and package products
- Clean and sanitize growing blocks and work areas
- Assist with greenhouse shutdown activities alongside the maintenance team
- Support daily cleanup and organization of the harvest facility
- Assist with other harvest-related duties as required

Attendance Expectations
Harvest is a time-sensitive operation. Team members are expected to attend all scheduled shifts throughout the season. Time away from work is reserved for illness or emergencies.

Applicants must:
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Be able to reliably commute to our Leduc County location
