At TheFork we believe that the best things in life happen around the table. As the leading restaurant booking platform in Europe, we connect the broadest community of loyal diners with the worldโ€™s favorite restaurants. Powered by innovation and a deep passion for the restaurant industry, we create unique dining experiences across 11 countries.

Weโ€™re part of the Tripadvisor Group and proud to be building a diverse, people-first culture where โ€œrespectโ€, โ€œownershipโ€, โ€œgrowthโ€ and โ€œbetter togetherโ€ values thrive. If youโ€™re passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready.

In the UK, we operate in one of the most competitive and fast-paced restaurant markets, where a strong start makes all the difference. As our Trainer, you are the first TheFork Manager expert our new restaurant partners work with, turning a signed contract into a thriving partnership.

Market focus: during your first 12 months, you will focus predominantly on the Swedish market, onboarding and training our Swedish restaurant partners, with occasional travel to Sweden required. From your second year, the role will focus predominantly on the UK market.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Discover life at TheFork

As part of the commercial team, you will make sure every newly signed restaurant goes live quickly and gets full value from our software, TheFork Manager. You will:

  • Deliver onboarding training to our partners on TheFork Manager virtually and face to face.
  • Set up and optimize restaurant profiles and configuration so partners go live fast and convert diners from day one.
  • Drive product adoption, turning new partners into confident, advanced users of the software within their first weeks.
  • Adapt your training style to each audience, from independent owners to front-of-house and management teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during onboarding and hand qualified leads to Account Managers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual targets while contributing to overall country and regional goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations and Customer Care to ensure a smooth handover from signature to go-live.
  • Share restaurant feedback with Product and Marketing, and help improve our training materials and knowledge base.
  • Travel as required for on-site restaurant sessions, trade events, and internal team sessions, including occasional trips to Sweden during your first year.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

  • You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Fluent Swedish is essential for this role.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, training or customer success in B2B SaaS, or in hospitality operations combined with strong tech aptitude.
  • You are a confident communicator who can explain software simply to non-technical audiences, on video and in person.
  • You are a self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets.
  • You have strong organisational skills and can manage several onboardings in parallel without losing quality.
  • You can quickly establish trust and build rapport with restaurant owners and their teams.

You Can Impress With These Additions

  • You have experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, or with reservation or POS software.
  • You have worked with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • You have created training content such as guides, videos or webinars.
  • You have a commercial eye and enjoy spotting upsell opportunities.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and remain organised under pressure.
