About the Role
~1 min readThe Revenue Optimization team in TripArc plays a pivotal role in driving financial efficiency and growth of the company. Our team leads strategic initiatives aimed at reducing supplier costs while uncovering ways to boost revenue and margin. We are seeking a talented analytics manager to join our team to support exciting and critical projects with these goals.
This high-visibility, high-impact IC role is instrumental in driving a wide range of revenue optimization initiatives by maintaining accurate and consistent reporting, developing comprehensive business cases, and conducting in-depth ad hoc analyses to support data-driven business decisions. You will take ownership of leading detailed analyses and reporting on supplier revenue performance, pricing competitiveness, and broader industry intelligence to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and strategic support during key supplier commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead modeling and analysis efforts to monitor supplier compensation and revenue performance, and support ongoing supplier evaluations by developing reports, BI dashboards, and data visualizations.
- →Partner with the procurement team to understand contracting objectives and provide analytical support with clear, data-driven insights to aid in contract negotiations.
- →Develop and implement structured competitive benchmarking processes across various business units, analyzing data and delivering insights to support strategic growth initiatives.
- →Perform market research to identify macro-level market dynamics and gather supplier-specific industry insights for internal distribution and strategic planning.
- →Empower senior leadership and decision makers with compelling PowerBI dashboards and excel reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- →Drive efficiency by proactively identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
Requirements
~2 min read- 5+ years in finance / analytics / strategy / consulting experience.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; and strong ability to analyze data and summarize & packaging findings.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and quantitative analysis. Ability to deep dive into large amounts of data and draw accurate insights.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems with innovative and creative solutions.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, MIS, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Additional Asset: Experience working either in a revenue optimization role and/or in B2B domain.
- Additional Asset: Hands-on experience building reusable datasets, and maintaining semantic models in PowerBI.
We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $120,000 to $130,000.
The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. #LI-Hybrid
