• →Monitor and support day-to-day technical operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet.
• →Utilize Unix command line environments daily to troubleshoot and manage systems.
• →Perform hands-on vehicle readiness checks, including basic cable reconnections.
• →Manage and organize multiple service requests via ticketing systems like Jira.
• →Maintain clear and proactive communication with the team using Slack.
• →Assist with occasional vehicle movement within the garage facility.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical and operations support.
• Proficiency with Unix commands and utilities.
• Direct experience using Slack and Jira for workflow management.
• Proven ability to stay organized while handling parallel requests.
• Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years.
