A well-established employee-owned provider of cabinetry, countertops, and interior solutions, is seeking an Estimator to join thee team in the Des Moines, IA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional with a strong cabinetry background who enjoys working directly with homeowners, builders, and remodelers. The role combines consultative sales, estimating, project coordination, and client relationship management within a growing employee-owned organization.

Responsibilities

→Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and referral partners
→Guide clients through cabinetry, countertop, and interior product selections
→Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for residential projects
→Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate pricing and product recommendations
→Follow up on open proposals and opportunities to drive sales growth
→Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
→Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory
→Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle
→Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive market activity
→Manage multiple projects and client interactions simultaneously

Proven sales experience within cabinetry, countertops, closets, kitchen and bath products, or similar home interior products
Strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Experience working directly with residential customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage estimates, proposals, and project details accurately
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed

Experience reading and scaling residential blueprints
Background in home design, kitchen and bath design, or interior space planning
Existing relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, or residential clients in the Des Moines market
Established book of business that can generate opportunities quickly
Experience with 2020 Design, Cyncly, Prokitchen, or similar design software is a plus!

Base salary ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
Expected first year OTE of $125,000 to $160,000
Uncapped commission opportunity
Enhanced base compensation over first 6 months before transitioning into long-term compensation plan
