Fire Alarm Project Manager

• →Manage fire alarm, suppression, and security system projects from award through closeout
• →Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• →Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives are achieved
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• →Coordinate activities between design, installation, service, and subcontractor teams
• →Lead project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• →Review project documentation, drawings, submittals, and change orders
• →Support commissioning, turnover, inspections, and project closeout activities
• →Track labor, material, and project costs to maintain profitability
• →Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and customer requirements

• Project management experience within construction, electrical contracting, building systems, fire protection, security systems, or a related industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and project teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Fire alarm, fire protection, life safety, or security systems experience
• Commercial construction project management experience
• Electrical contractor project management experience
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and industry standards
• Experience using Procore
• Experience using Salesforce
• Knowledge of commissioning, inspections, and project closeout processes

• Competitive base salary starting at $80,000 and increasing depending on experience
