Responsibilities

- →Prepare, edit, format, and organize legal documents, correspondence, PDFs, and presentations.
- →Assist with electronic court filings and help maintain accurate case and client records.
- →Manage and update the firm's Mailchimp communications and Google Business presence.
- →Coordinate client-related marketing activities and keep projects, requests, and deadlines moving.
- →Receive and organize client requests related to charitable contributions and donations.
- →Maintain clear records and follow through on administrative projects from start to finish.
- →Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and outside contacts.
- →Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
- 3+ years of relevant legal assistant, legal administrative, or comparable professional support experience.
- Strong proficiency working with PDF documents and tools.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to create, edit, and format professional presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort learning and managing digital platforms such as Mailchimp and Google Business.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Camp Hill, PA.
- Previous experience with electronic court filing systems.
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Google Business, or similar communications platforms.
- Experience coordinating client communications, community involvement, charitable giving, or marketing-related projects.
- Exposure to practice areas such as health care, employment, corporate law, or workers' compensation.
- Salary of approximately $47,500-$60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
