- →Partner with leadership to support project startup and execution
- →Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and public agencies
- →Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
Requirements
~1 min read- 8-15+ years of experience in demolition or related construction sectors
- Strong background in both project management and estimating
- Experience working in union labor environments
- Familiarity with public sector and agency-driven projects
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish
- Existing client relationships or a transferable book of business
- Experience working with major NYC-area public agencies
- Background in demolition, heavy civil, or specialty contracting environments
- Proven ability to contribute to business development and revenue growth
