🚀 Senior Software Engineer — Remote, Eastern Europe

• →Frontend applications for ad operations workflows that handle scale and complexity — this is not a marketing site, it is a production tool used by operators running large campaigns daily
• →Cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure: deployment pipelines, monitoring, autoscaling, the works
• →Backend services and APIs that support multiple AI agent integrations running in production
• →System architecture that can grow — you will be in the room where these decisions get made

• Strong JavaScript — React, Vue, or Angular, and you know why you are making the choice you are making
• Strong Python — you have shipped production Python services, not just scripts
• At least one low-level language: C, C++, Rust, Zig, or equivalent. You understand what happens below the abstraction layer.
• Experience building large-scale SaaS platforms from scratch, not just joining a mature codebase
• Hands-on cloud deployment and DevOps
• Media pipeline experience — transcoding, ffmpeg-like tooling, media transformation, cloud storage. This sits at the core of what we build.
• You know how to instrument and observe distributed systems — not just read dashboards, but design for observability from the start
• Experience with durable, fault-tolerant workflows in production
• React testing and test automation — the kind that actually catches real problems
