Role Overview

We are hiring a Community Manager to build and grow Turing’s community across developers (Supply) and customers (Demand). Reporting to the Head of Talent Growth, you will own social media, events, and partnerships — turning community engagement into measurable brand advocacy and top-of-funnel impact.

Job Responsibilities

  •     Supervise social media presence on X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, including the development of content calendars and engagement with followers.
  •     Lead community strategy initiatives for both Demand and Supply in coordination with Talent Growth leadership.
  •     Organize and execute diverse virtual and in-person events, such as roundtables, hackathons, panels, and launch events.
  •     Ensure community initiatives are synchronized with Product, Sales, and Marketing departments to bolster retention and acquisition.
  •     Deliver regular community performance briefings during monthly business reviews.
  •     Discover and mobilize strategic partnerships with creators, brands, and various organizations to broaden the community's footprint.
  •     Establish ambassador initiatives designed to cultivate brand advocates from the active member base.
  •     Monitor community metrics—including partnership ROI, event turnout, and engagement levels—to drive rapid iteration.

Job Requirements

  •     3–5 years in community management, growth marketing, or brand partnerships; consumer marketplace or Talent growth background preferred.
  •     Proven track record growing online communities with measurable engagement outcomes.
  •     Experience planning and executing IRL and virtual events at varying scale (10 to 500+ attendees).
  •     Data-driven: comfortable with social analytics, community KPIs, and translating insights into action.
  •     Strong communicator; able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering.
  •     High ownership — moves fast, follows through, thrives in ambiguity.

Nice-to-Have

  •     Familiarity with community platforms: Slack, Discord, Circle, Luma, or Bevy.
  •     Experience building community from scratch at a startup.
  •     Background in creator economy, consumer fintech, or social commerce.
  • We are client first: We put our clients at the center of everything we do, because their success is the ultimate measure of our value.

  • We work at Start-Up Speed: We move fast, stay agile and favor action because momentum is the foundation of perfection

  • We are AI forward: We help our clients build the future of Al and implement it in our own roles and workflow to amplify productivity.

  • Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)

  • Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)

  • Competitive compensation

  • Flexible working hours
