Remote JMP Statistics Tutor

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students and professionals learn, and we're looking for experienced tutors with expertise in JMP to provide 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction to learners across the country. • →Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction in JMP statistical software and applied statistics concepts
• →Create structured lesson plans tailored to each learner’s academic, research, or professional goals
• → Adapt instruction in real time based on learner questions, project needs, and skill level
• → Assist learners with coursework, research projects, manufacturing/process analytics, or professional upskilling
• → Track learner progress and communicate effectively with students and, where applicable, academic or corporate partners

• Strong working knowledge of JMP statistical software
• Background in statistics, engineering, data analytics, manufacturing, quality engineering, Six Sigma, or related fields
• Experience teaching, tutoring, training, or mentoring preferred
• Familiarity with DOE, SPC, process optimization, or applied industrial statistics is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and virtual instruction skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working with students
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace

Note: Many of our assignments operate in Pacific Time, so availability during PT hours is a plus.
