We believe intelligent robots will transform how goods move through the world. Building that future requires more than great technology. It requires deploying robots into the real world, learning from every success and failure, and continuously improving both the product and the customer experience.

At Tutor Intelligence, we build, deploy, maintain, and improve autonomous robotic systems operating in customer facilities across North America. Every robot in the field teaches us something. Every issue solved makes the fleet stronger.

Whether you're building robots, supporting customers, or troubleshooting systems in the field, your work has a direct impact on the future of automation.

We hire people who take ownership, solve problems, and care about the outcome.

We value accountability, teamwork, technical excellence, customer focus, safety, and continuous improvement. We move fast, communicate openly, and believe the best ideas can come from anywhere.

The Robotics Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping customer robots running safely, reliably, and productively.

This is a hands-on field role supporting a growing fleet of autonomous robotic systems. You'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot failures, execute repairs and upgrades, and serve as a trusted technical representative of Tutor Intelligence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership.

This role involves regular travel to customer sites throughout the United States. Most trips are short-duration service visits focused on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades. Technicians are generally home most weekends.
