Senior Brand & Marketing Manager - Hong Kong & Macau

We are looking for an accomplished and commercially astute Commercial Director to lead the Hong Kong & Macau business for Twinings and Ovaltine. This is the most senior brand-owner role in market, with end-to-end accountability for strategy, P&L, sustainable growth, organisational leadership and the distributor partnership.

We are looking for an experienced, consumer-led Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to shape brand strategy and accelerate profitable growth for Twinings and Ovaltine in Hong Kong & Macau.

As the senior brand-owner representative in market, you will partner with the General Manager, regional and global brand teams, the China marketing team and the appointed distributor to define brand strategy, translate consumer and market insight into compelling growth platforms, and lead integrated marketing plans across communication, innovation, portfolio, pricing, promotion and channel activation. You will own the brand agenda, A&P investment, marketing effectiveness and business-performance governance, while the distributor manages detailed retail execution and day-to-day APTI administration.
