We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer with strong SQL skills. In this role, you will help build the infrastructure needed to manage large volumes of data and support our data-driven culture. You will translate business needs into well-structured data models, ensuring our data is organised in a way that enables informed, data-driven decision-making across the company.

Your technical skills are as important as your communication skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders on a daily basis to understand their requirements and translate them into clear, effective data models and solutions.

  You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:

  Build and implement optimised data models that support business requirements and ensure data integrity

  Integrate data from various databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and files

  Monitor the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of our data pipelines and storage systems

  Troubleshoot data issues, resolve data quality problems, and actively reduce technical debt

  Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable data solutions

• Python

• Experience with any cloud platform (GCP preferred)

• Experience building reusable AI solutions, such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations
