This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our enterprise technology workforce while partnering closely with leaders across engineering, IT, and digital innovation.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist III, you will own full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technology professionals across disciplines including software engineering, IoT, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and IT/Engineering operations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience while building scalable talent pipelines for current and future needs.

This role supports Rheem’s Enterprise Division and is based in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). This is a contract to hire position. 

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex IT and Engineering roles, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner deeply with business and technical leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term workforce plans
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, networking, and market mapping
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, from first outreach through offer acceptance
  • Prepare candidates and interview panels to ensure structured, inclusive, and efficient interviews
  • Synthesize interview feedback and guide hiring teams toward timely, data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate with Compensation, HR, and leadership to develop competitive offers, present offers to candidates, and manage negotiations and counteroffers
  • Provide consultative market insights (talent availability, compensation trends, competitive landscape) to inform hiring strategies
  • Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill sets
  • Maintain accurate, compliant recruiting data in the ATS; track metrics and communicate pipeline status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events as needed (domestic travel during peak seasons)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years focused on technology recruiting
  • Proven experience hiring for roles such as IoT Engineers, Software Engineers, Cloud & Infrastructure Specialists, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Data professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise leaders within a matrixed organization
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliant hiring practices
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and MS Office tool
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort analyzing recruiting data and trends
  • A truly consultative mindset—able to challenge thinking, not just take orders
  • Comfort recruiting in highly technical, competitive talent markets
  • A track record of building trust with demanding technical stakeholders
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience
