Responsibilities

→Perform routine inspections, proactive troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, automated equipment/conveyors, machinery and facility electrical systems.

→ Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex electrical, control, and automation issues to minimize equipment downtime and maintain high-volume production efficiency.
→ Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, control panels, and related electrical equipment.
→ Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
→ Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to effectively troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
→ Prepare and maintain work instructions related to electrical maintenance, equipment operation, safety procedures, TPM activities, and standard work practices.
→ Fabricate, modify, or repair electrical components and wiring systems using appropriate electrical and plant tools as needed.
→ Ensure all electrical work is completed in compliance with company quality standards, OSHA regulations, electrical codes, safety requirements, and environmental policies.
→ Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, inspection reports, and inventory usage within the maintenance management system.
→ Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new electrical equipment, automation systems, and production machinery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification, associate degree, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
Proven experience as a Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment or a similar industrial role.
Strong Electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, automated environment.
