The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the
organization’s enterprise data platform to support scalable operations, reliable reporting, and data-driven
decision-making. This role serves as the technical owner of data integration across key systems and will
establish structured pipelines, standardized data models, and quality controls to create a trusted single
source of truth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating enterprise systems
- →Build and manage centralized data warehouse structures
- →Develop ETL/ELT processes to automate data ingestion and transformation
- →Create standardized, reusable data models aligned with business definitions
- Implement automated validation and monitoring to ensure data accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems and reports
- Establish data lineage and improve dataset performance and reliability
- Support system integrations across operational and internally developed platforms
- Provide input into platform design and data structure standardization
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to align data solutions with business needs
- Support data governance standards, policies, and best practices
- Contribute to data definitions, documentation, and cataloging
- Promote consistent and accurate data usage across the organization
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent
experience) - 4+ years of experience in data engineering, database development, or related roles
- Strong SQL and relational data modeling expertise
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse solutions (Azure preferred)
- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience integrating multiple systems into centralized data environments
- Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., QuickBase) and programming experience (Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar) preferred.
