Senior Impact Program Manager

Develop and manage standardized reporting tools and dashboards to track program performance Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements Contribute to quarterly and annual impact reporting, connecting program outcomes to broader workforce goals Support evaluation, selection, and onboarding of partners, contributing to a strong and scalable ecosystem Contribute insights and materials to support employer-facing pilots and partnership opportunities Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, data, partnerships) to align on priorities and execution Develop materials to support internal alignment and external stakeholder engagement Identify and solve operational and programmatic challenges by adapting existing processes and tools Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enable the initiative to scale efficiently across regions At least 3 years of experience in grantmaking, program management, corporate social impact, or a related field Experience managing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience with tools for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (e.g., Microsoft tools, YourCause GrantsConnect) Experience working with nonprofits, workforce development initiatives, or social impact programs Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and performance reporting Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, technology, or data teams Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong written and verbal communication skills
