Sr. Services Project Manager - Bilingual (French/English) / Gestionnaire principal(e) de projets de services - Bilingue (Français/Anglais)

Facilitate customer project kickoff calls, team introductions, define project cadence and develop ongoing customer communication plans Facilitate project discovery sessions with all client business representatives and UKG project team members Determine and document customer success criteria Maintain adherence to UKG implementation methodology and processes Prepare assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring proper understanding of project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria Implement the necessary project management infrastructure (project plans, issues lists, communication plans, project schedule with the customer) Assist Manager by accurately forecasting each month's go-lives Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project in an effort to maintain client expectations and project milestone success Work with various team members to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner and document any issues Manage project scope to meet project success criteria while maximizing value brought to customers and revenue generated for UKG Manage the financials of the project, invoicing of delivered services, and resolution of any financial disputes Assist with developing new processes and tools that improve the performance and effectiveness of the project management delivery Assister le responsable en prévoyant avec précision les dates de mise en service (go-live) pour chaque mois 3+ years' project management work experience in a customer-facing enterprise software implementation/technical environment Must be bilingual in English and French Flexibility to travel as needed up to 25% Must be organized with time management skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills Strong leadership skills with ability to work as part of a project team Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources Broad knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Time & Labor management a plus Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans un environnement technique ou de mise en œuvre de logiciels d'entreprise en contact direct avec la clientèle Bilinguisme anglais-français requis Flexibilité pour effectuer des déplacements professionnels (jusqu'à 25 % du temps) Sens de l'organisation et compétences en gestion du temps pour mener à bien plusieurs tâches et projets dans des délais serrés Excellentes compétences en communication, en service client et en conseil Solides compétences en leadership et capacité à travailler au sein d'une équipe projet Capacité à gérer l'ambiguïté et à s'adapter à l'évolution des exigences, des processus, des outils et des ressources Une connaissance approfondie des systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines (SIRH), de la paie et de la gestion des temps et des activités constitue un atout
