Senior Dealer

A new international Forex Brokerage is looking for an experienced professional for the Senior Dealer position to join their fast-growing global operations in Limassol, Cyprus. This role requires strong experience in the financial industry, with a focus on trading and risk management. Location: Limassol Salary Range: EUR 42k - 48k Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze client trade flow and oversee the execution of trades across multiple asset classes, ensuring optimal pricing and high execution quality. Monitor daily profitability and oversee the setup and validation of trading symbols on MT4/MT5 platforms. Develop and implement strategic plans for dealing operations in line with the company’s goals and regulatory standards. Manage exposure risk through the application of risk management and hedging models. Identify and mitigate trading risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Conduct real-time system performance monitoring, adjusting system parameters as necessary. Monitor market conditions and trading strategies to ensure efficient, compliant trade execution. Perform trade surveillance, monitor exposure, and provide reports as required. Ensure all trading activities comply with CySEC regulations and other applicable legal requirements. Maintain communication with liquidity providers (LPs) and bridge providers to ensure optimal pricing and execution. Conduct order reconciliation with liquidity providers. Ensure accurate and efficient trade processing and coordinate with clearing firms to resolve trade discrepancies. Propose and implement enhancements for automated monitoring solutions and system configurations related to trading operations and risk management. Provide trading support to clients, handle claims, and resolve platform-related issues. Collaborate with the Head of Risk and the risk management team to enhance trade monitoring systems. Deliver regular reports and analysis on trading performance, market trends, and activities to senior management. Evaluate client accounts and resolve issues related to trading activity or platform performance. Assist in training staff to maintain a high level of competence in dealing operations. Use data-driven insights to recommend operational improvements and strategic adjustments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA) is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a dealing role within a regulated financial environment, with leadership or managerial responsibilities. 3+ years of experience in the CFDs industry. Holder of a CySEC Advanced Certificate. Strong proficiency with MT4/MT5 platforms, including DC, failover, access, backup, and server configurations. Knowledge of FX bridges (e.g., FXCubic, PrimeXM, OneZero). MT5 certification is a plus. Experience in FX and commodities trading and hedging is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL queries. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
