→Creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products.
→Follow procedures for maintaining proper food safety standards
→Create a welcoming environment to all guests by welcoming them & connecting with them through conversation.
→Create specialty coffee, espresso and matcha beverages following recipes and/or customer specifications
→Welcome questions from guests and seek opportunities to educate on our products
→Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
→Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
→Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
→Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
