The UNF Athletics Game Day Table Crew provides customer service and game-day support at athletic events. Crew members assist with general fan engagement, announcing, and game operations to help ensure a positive experience for student-athletes, fans, alumni, sponsors, and guests.
This position is ideal for individuals interested in sports administration, event management, customer service, and athletics operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from event attendees.
- →Help with setup and breakdown of game-day tables, signage, and materials.
- →Distribute promotional items, programs, giveaways, and event information.
- →Report issues, concerns, or customer service needs to supervisors promptly.
- →Perform other game-day operational duties as assigned.
- Hours are based on UNF Athletics event schedules.
- Evening, weekend, holiday, and occasional daytime availability is needed.
- Typical shifts range from 3 to 6 hours depending on the event.
Employees will gain hands-on experience in:
- Athletics event operations
- Customer service and fan engagement
- NCAA Division I athletics administration
- Event logistics and game-day execution
This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
