Why you’re here
You support the delivery of high-quality visualization outputs that help communicate design intent across projects. You translate design briefs into accurate, compelling 3D imagery and work closely with designers to ensure visualizations reflect project concepts, materials, and storytelling. You bring strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow your skills as part of a collaborative studio environment.
What you’re responsible for
• Producing 3D visualizations including modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering based on project briefs and design direction.
• Creating photorealistic interior and exterior renderings that reflect concept intent, materiality, and atmosphere.
• Applying designer preferences for textures, colors, styles, and décor accurately and consistently.
• Managing rendering workflows, maintaining efficient file structures, and optimizing scenes for quality and performance.
• Attending design and technical reviews, incorporating feedback, and updating
visualizations as needed.
• Supporting project teams by preparing visualization materials for internal and client presentations.
• Collaborating closely with designers and project stakeholders to align visualization outputs with design intent.
• Participating in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, studio talks, and visualization library updates.
• Upholding visualization standards, templates, and benchmarks across all assigned projects.
• Identifying risks or challenges early and escalating to Associates or Principals as appropriate.
• Staying current with visualization tools, rendering technologies, and industry best practices to enhance skill development.

• Ability to incorporate feedback quickly and refine images with accuracy.
• Adherence to visualization standards, QA processes, and established workflows.
• Strong time management and reliability in meeting deadlines and managing workload.
• Contribution to team learning, knowledge sharing, and studio culture.
• Proactive identification of issues, risks, or quality concerns and appropriate escalation.
• Demonstrated growth in visualization skills, software proficiency, and rendering techniques.
Your experience and skills
• Certificate or degree in a design-related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience producing 3D modelling and rendering for interior design or architectural environments.
• Proficiency with 3ds Max and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona.
• Familiarity with CAD programs such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and scene composition for photorealistic imagery.
• Strong Photoshop skills for post-production and compositing.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Desire to learn, grow, and expand visualization skills through mentorship and continuous improvement.
• Passion for design visualization and delivering high-quality imagery.
