• →Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, HSD with 7 years of experience in a supervisory role is required.

• →Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and Hazmat regulations
• Knowledge of National Labor Relations Board regulations (preferred)
• Familiar with PM based maintenance programs
• A strong degree of computer literacy
• Familiarity with Messer Distribution systems a plus (Gold, Samsara, SAP)
• Good communication skills - must be able to effectively communicate with office staff, drivers and senior management
• Must have strong coaching skills

The salary range for this position is $105,000-$154,000.
