    Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets, and tender documents.

    Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance against approved budgets.

  • →

    Manage and review construction contracts, subcontractor agreements, claims, and variations.

    Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and provide advice on the financial impact of design changes.

  • →

    Verify contractor and subcontractor invoices, quantities, and payment applications.

  • →

    Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, quantities, and costs.

  • →

    Identify commercial and cost risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

  • →

    Lead, support, and mentor Quantity Surveyors while working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Design Teams.

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent construction contracts.

  • Strong skills in cost control, estimation, contract administration, negotiation, and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and relevant Quantity Surveying software.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with project, site, and commercial teams.
