Sr. Production Engineer | Royal Wood Factory

Resolve production-related technical issues and support troubleshooting activities
Monitor material consumption and production efficiency.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Maintain accurate production records and performance data.
Plan and monitor daily production activities to meet project schedules.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure material and drawing availability.
Review production drawings and specifications before manufacturing.
Monitor machine performance and production output.
Support production supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
Conduct production analysis and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
Investigate and resolve production delays, technical issues, and bottlenecks.
Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
Prepare production progress reports and performance metrics for management review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Experience in a Joinery company is a must.
At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to production supervisors and teams.
Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the production department.
A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
Expertise in woodworking machinery, equipment, and tool's
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is advantageous.
Proficiency in CAD software for design evaluation and production planning.
Exceptional leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
