We are recruiting a Technical Project Manager shall be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering corporate technology projects from initiation through completion. The role ensures successful delivery of IT solutions (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives) within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The Technical Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and business adoption.
Responsibilities
~1 min readLead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with business requirements.
Develop project schedules, project charters, and implementation plans.
Coordinate with IT teams (infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, network) to ensure technical requirements are met.
Support solution design review, system integration, and deployment planning.
Ensure technical deliverables meet corporate IT architecture and standards.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to deliver project milestones.
Support evaluation of vendor proposals, technical scope review, and contract deliverables.
Monitor vendor performance, SLA compliance, and delivery timelines.
Identify project risks and dependencies, implement mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues.
Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation.
Ensure project governance processes are followed.
Coordinate UAT planning, test execution, and defect closure with business users and IT teams.
Ensure system quality, stability, and performance requirements are achieved prior to go-live.
Ensure proper documentation of technical and functional testing results.
Ensure project documentation is complete (technical documentation, user manuals, SOPs, training materials).
Coordinate training sessions and ensure business readiness.
Ensure smooth handover to IT operations/support teams after implementation.
