• →Responsible for the operation and customer support of the designated property or cluster
• →Responsible for the tenants engagement of the designated property or cluster
• →Responsible for customer satisfactions and handling escalated and emergency cases.
• →Focal point for guest inquiries, traffics & reservations
• →Coordinate guest service-related issues such as maintenance, reservations and housekeeping with other community team members
• →Shift duty may be required (Saturday & Sunday included)
• →Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager
