As a Sales Estimator within our Display team, you'll play a key role in bringing new homes to life by preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for display home projects. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you'll ensure estimates are delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest standard. This opportunity is offered on a 12-month maximum-term contract.
In this fast-paced role, you'll:
- Prepare sales estimates, tenders and final tender documentation
- Review plans, documentation and supplier pricing to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with Design, BOQ and other internal teams to resolve enquiries
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
You're a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Estimator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You'll bring:
- Previous estimating experience within the residential building industry (preferred)
- The ability to interpret architectural plans and supporting documentation
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- A sound understanding of the NCC/BCA (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously when required
- Relevant building or construction qualifications (preferred)
