Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.
Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.
Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.
About the Role
~4 min readSearch is splitting in two. Half the clicks still come from Google's blue links — the other half are increasingly being intercepted by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot, where users get an answer instead of a list. When those engines name a brand, recommend a product, or cite a source, they're shaping purchase decisions before our website ever loads.
We're hiring a Senior AI Engine Optimisation Specialist to own our visibility inside those answers. Companies like Unlimit and Stable are already showing up consistently at the top of LLM outputs in their categories — that's the bar. Your job is to get [Company Name] there for ours, and keep us there as the models, surfaces, and ranking signals evolve.
This is a strategic, hands-on role. You'll define the playbook, run the experiments, and ship the work — partnering closely with Content, PR, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
-
Own GEO strategy end-to-end. Define what "winning" looks like across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, and emerging surfaces. Prioritise the prompts, categories, and buyer journeys that matter most to revenue.
-
Audit and reverse-engineer LLM behaviour. Track which sources the major models cite for our category, why they cite them, and where we're missing. Build a repeatable methodology for diagnosing visibility gaps.
-
Optimise content for retrieval and citation. Restructure existing pages and brief new ones with LLM-friendly patterns: clear claims, citable statistics, structured Q&A, comparison tables, schema markup, semantic clarity. Coach writers and SMEs on what makes content quotable by an AI.
-
Build third-party authority. LLMs trust what the open web trusts. Plan and execute campaigns to seed mentions, reviews, and citations on the sources models actually pull from — Reddit, G2, Wikipedia, industry publications, structured datasets, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others relevant to our category.
-
Engineer the technical foundation. Crawlability for AI bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended), llms.txt, structured data, entity consolidation, internal linking, and site architecture that supports retrieval. Partner with engineering on implementation.
-
Stand up monitoring and reporting. Implement and operate tooling (Profound, Peec AI, Otterly.AI, AthenaHQ, Scrunch, or equivalents) plus custom prompt-tracking pipelines. Report share-of-voice, citation rate, sentiment, and competitive position — and tie them to pipeline and revenue where possible.
-
Run a continuous experiment program. Hypothesis → test → measure → document. Build the internal knowledge base so wins compound and don't live in one person's head.
-
Partner across the org. Brief Content on what to write, PR on where to land coverage, Product Marketing on positioning language, and Engineering on technical implementation. Educate leadership on a discipline most of them are still learning about.
-
5+ years in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing, with a clear track record of moving organic visibility metrics for a real business.
-
Demonstrable GEO/AEO experience. You've already run experiments to influence LLM outputs, know which levers actually move the needle, and can talk concretely about what worked and what didn't. Case studies welcome.
-
Deep working knowledge of how modern LLMs source information — pretraining vs. RAG, web grounding, citation behaviour, the role of structured data and entity recognition, and how this differs across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
-
Strong technical SEO foundation. You can read a log file, debug a rendering issue, design a schema implementation, and brief engineers without hand-waving.
-
Analytical fluency. Comfortable in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, BigQuery or equivalent. Can build dashboards, run prompt-tracking at scale, and turn noisy signals into decisions.
-
Excellent written communication. You can produce, edit, and brief content that's both genuinely useful to a human reader and structured to be cited by a model.
-
Operator's mindset. Bias to ship, comfort with ambiguity, and the judgement to know when to test versus when to commit.
-
Experience in our category ([fintech / payments / SaaS / your vertical]).
-
Hands-on familiarity with the Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google APIs for building internal monitoring tools.
-
Light Python / SQL — enough to wrangle data and prototype scrapers without blocking on engineering.
-
A background in PR, digital PR, or link-building at scale.
-
Public writing, conference talks, or open-source contributions in the SEO/GEO space.
